Gluten Free Almond Joy Brownies

- ⅓ cup butter, softened
- ½ cup cocoa powder
- 1 cup sugar
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- 6 eggs
- ½ cup coconut flour
- ½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- ½ cup unsweetened shredded coconut
- ½ cup almond pieces
- Mix together the softened butter, cocoa powder, sugar and vanilla.
- Stir in the eggs one at a time, completely incorporating after each egg.
- Mix in the coconut flour and stir until there are no lumps.
- Fold in the chocolate chips, coconut and almond pieces.
- Pour into a greased 8x8" baking dish and bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
