  1. Hi Grace! I really am glad you shared this recipe! I’m getting more eggs than I know what do to with! I hope to make these egg noodles this week! Blessings from Bama!

  2. How fun to have little helpers! 🙂
I made egg noodles recently and they were really good! I put the extra in the freezer but haven’t tried them yet to see how they are.

  3. Yummy! I love egg noodles…they are so much simpler to make than people would think! Oh, and yea…when you have what seems like a gazillion eggs it’s nice to find any additional recipes that will use them up!

  4. there is no comparison to the taste of homemade noodles to those you buy in the store that processed. I always loved homemade noodles. As a child my grandmother taught me to make them and I have never forgotten the great taste or the experience. Visiting from Tuesday With A Twist Blog Hop.

  5. OH my goodness. I have had an electric pasta machine for 3 years and didn’t even know how to use it (I got it at a restaurant supply auction for a couple dollars because I have always wanted to make pasta.) I read your blog and immidiately got up and made these! they are hanging to dry right now. I cant wait to cook them… hmm going to have to find a recipe for egg noodles now~ lol

    1. Just served a delicious pasta with a creamy sauce and my husband declared.. thats it, were never buying dried pasta again. So easy, fun and yummy!!! Thank you for the motivation!

      1. Isn’t it amazing how much better homemade pasta is!! Thanks so much for taking the time to let me know you liked it. 🙂 I have to admit I’m jealous of your pasta machine…I need to get me one!

  6. Oooh these look so good! I really need to try making my own pasta. Thanks for sharing with us at the HomeAcre Hop. We’d love to have you back again this morning. 🙂

  7. Love homemade noodles. I make them all the time, especially for my homemade hamburger helper. My only problem is when I put the in the pan to cook they clump together. Does anyone know how to stop that from happening? TIA

    1. Hi Brandi, are you letting the noodles dry a bit before you cook them? The dryer mine are the less they stick together. Have you tried adding a little olive oil to the boiling water? That might help?? Thanks for stopping by! 🙂

      1. I make them at least two hours before I need them. Most of the time they go into my hamburger helper so they aren’t boiled separately in water.

  8. These look great! I love homemade noodles, they make the best comfort food. I was wondering if these dry well and how long they keep.

  9. When I make noodles, after rolling them out, then I roll them up like you would cinnamon rolls.Make sure you have lots of flour on them so they don’t stick together. Then I can cut them to any width I want. Then, just pick them up and lightly shake them out. This will remove excess flour. If I’m not going to use them all right away, I let them dry good and freeze them in my plastic bags. My mom always did them like this so this is an old tried and true method. Its much faster to do them this way. Let me know if you try this way and like it!

  10. Can you use a stand up mixer with bread hook to knead the dough? I want to make noodles for the church Bazaar and a lot of them so I want to make them as fast and easy as possible!
